Please make sure to make any necessary updates in your Admin Portal (https://zoom.us/account/setting?tab=telephony) to ensure availability for use of the remaining Premium Toll and Toll-Free numbers on your account. Only if you are not already using the remaining numbers, currently scheduled meetings for 3/13/2026 and onward may need to be rescheduled so that the updated numbers will be reflected in newly scheduled meetings. If meeting invites are not updated to reflect the additional numbers, participants dialing in from applicable regions will not be able to join using the decommissioned number(s) after 3/13/2026. Any newly created meetings scheduled after you’ve updated the numbers in your portal will be automatically updated with the remaining number(s) for future invites.

To view your current and new numbers in order to make the above changes, please visit your Admin Portal. There you will be able to find all Premium Toll and Toll-Free numbers that will remain supported.
