Investigating - We're investigating reports of API requests to our Get Task endpoint failing with 500 errors when the task contains an attachment.
We’ll have frequent updates until we have a monitoring status.

Monitoring - We believe we have mitigated the cause of the failing Public Task API requests for tasks with attachments.
We will continue monitoring and follow up when we're confident the issue has been mitigated.

Resolved - The cause of the failing Public Task API calls has been mitigated and our monitoring shows that all systems are fully operational.
We are conducting an internal review to identify the root cause and will have an analysis that we can share in the coming days.
